With extensive experience in the field, it has become a reference for national and international freight transport. Through innovation and quality services, it continues to grow and meet the needs of its customers.

Objective

Farella Trasporti, wanted to renew its corporate image to increase online visibility, attract new clients, and communicate the expansion of its locations.

Strategy

Rebranding: Creation of a modern visual identity with a new logo, color palette, and typography that represent both tradition and innovation.

Communication Plan: Implementation of a multichannel strategy with a focus on social media, email marketing, and web content.

Cross-communication
: Using social media channels for technical articles, road bulletins, and job recruitment, strengthening the company’s professional presence.

Website
: Creation of a responsive website with a clear structure dedicated to transport services, company locations, and career opportunities. A direct contact system and a customer area were integrated to simplify communication and shipment management.

Newsletter
: We designed a periodic newsletter to inform customers about news, service updates, and logistical changes. The strategy includes campaigns for customer retention and staff recruitment.
